Please note that once payment is made for the NEET PG College Predictor or any other paid service on this platform, under no circumstances is a refund of the plan/predictor purchase amount permissible. This is because access to predictor results, closing rank data, and counselling guidance content is granted immediately upon successful payment.
In cases where, due to a payment gateway error or any other transactional error/mistake, a payment is made in excess of the applicable plan or predictor fee, you may formally contact us with proof of the excess payment. Such refund requests for the excess amount only shall be investigated in-house and may be approved or denied based on the merits of each case. It may take 7–15 business days to process any such claim.
