Delhi NEET PG Counselling 2026 is the state-level counselling process for admission to MD, MS and PG Diploma courses offered by medical colleges and institutions in Delhi. The counselling is conducted by the Faculty of Medical Sciences (FMSc), University of Delhi, and other designated authorities for the respective institutions and seat categories. Admission is based on NEET PG 2026 merit/rank, eligibility, category, candidate preferences and availability of seats.

The counselling process generally includes online registration, application and fee payment, merit list publication, choice filling, seat allotment, document verification and reporting at the allotted institution. Candidates must fulfil the prescribed eligibility conditions, including the required MBBS qualification, internship and medical registration requirements. Delhi NEET PG counselling may cover University of Delhi (DU) and affiliated institutions, with seat distribution and eligibility varying according to the applicable quota and institution. Eligibility Criteria

  • Must qualify NEET PG 2026 with the prescribed qualifying percentile.
  • Must possess a recognised MBBS degree from an NMC-recognised medical college.
  • Must complete the 1-year compulsory rotating internship by the prescribed cut-off date.
  • Must have valid permanent/provisional medical registration with NMC or the concerned State Medical Council.
  • Must fulfil the eligibility requirements of the respective Delhi medical college/institution.
  • For University of Delhi (DU) seats, candidates must satisfy the specific eligibility and admission conditions prescribed by the Faculty of Medical Sciences.
  • Candidates seeking reserved-category seats must possess valid SC/ST/OBC/EWS certificates as per applicable rules.
  • PwD candidates must have a valid disability certificate issued by the competent authority.
  • Candidates must meet the applicable NEET PG cut-off and academic requirements.
  • Eligibility is subject to verification of original documents at the time of admission.
  • Candidates must comply with the latest MCC and concerned Delhi institution/University counselling guidelines.

  • Candidates allotted a PG seat through MCC counselling must complete the prescribed admission and document verification process at the allotted institution.

How to apply

  • Visit the MCC Official Website
    Register through the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) portal, as MCC conducts counselling for 50% All India Quota PG seats and 100% seats of central universities, including the applicable University of Delhi seats.
  • Click on NEET PG Counselling
    Open the PG Medical Counselling section and select the registration link.
  • Complete New Registration
    Enter your NEET PG 2026 details, application number, registered mobile number and email ID.
  • Create Login Credentials
    Generate your password and use the credentials to log in to the counselling portal.
  • Fill Personal Details
    Enter your name, date of birth, category, contact details and other required information.
  • Enter Academic Details
    Provide MBBS qualification, internship and medical registration details.
  • Upload Required Documents
    Upload the photograph, signature and other documents in the prescribed format.
  • Pay the Counselling Fee
    Pay the applicable registration fee and security deposit, as prescribed by MCC.
  • Submit the Registration Form
    Review all details carefully and submit the application. Save the registration confirmation for future reference.
  • Fill College & Course Choices
    Select your preferred MD/MS courses and Delhi medical colleges/institutions from the available choices.
  • Lock Your Choices
    Review the selected choices and lock them before the deadline.
  • Check Seat Allotment
    Check the round-wise MCC result and download the allotment letter if a seat is allotted.
  • Complete University/Institution Formalities
    For seats requiring additional registration or documentation with the concerned Delhi institution, complete those requirements as instructed. The Faculty of Medical Sciences, University of Delhi publishes its own notices and admission information.
  • Document Verification & Reporting
    Report to the allotted college/institution with the required original documents and photocopies, complete verification and pay the prescribed admission fee.
  • Complete Admission
    After successful verification, complete the joining formalities within the specified deadline.
